三、享受人群(qun)
創新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)是事業單(dan)位高層次人才(cai)隊伍的重要(yao)組成部分,主要(yao)是指事業單(dan)位聘用(yong)在專(zhuan)業技(ji)術崗(gang)位上從事科(ke)技(ji)創新(xin)(xin)或科(ke)技(ji)成果轉(zhuan)化工作(zuo)的科(ke)研人員。創新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)由事業單(dan)位根據推(tui)動知識和科(ke)技(ji)創新(xin)(xin)需(xu)要(yao),自主確(que)定。
四(si)、申辦(ban)程(cheng)序(xu)和所需材料
人力資源(yuan)社會(hui)保障部門對創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)薪酬激勵措(cuo)施(shi)不作審(shen)批。經主管(guan)部門同意,事業單位可自主與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)協商(shang)確(que)定(ding)協議(yi)工資、年薪、項(xiang)目工資水平;可與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)協議(yi)明(ming)確(que)配股、分紅及(ji)分配辦法(fa);可自行確(que)定(ding)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)突出(chu)貢(gong)獻(xian)獎(jiang)獎(jiang)勵額度;可自主與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)協商(shang)確(que)定(ding)離崗創(chuang)(chuang)業期(qi)間的基本待遇。
