三、享受人群
創新人(ren)才是事(shi)業(ye)單位高層(ceng)次人(ren)才隊伍的重要(yao)組成部分,主要(yao)是指事(shi)業(ye)單位聘(pin)用(yong)在(zai)專業(ye)技術(shu)崗位上從事(shi)科技創新或科技成果轉化工作的科研人(ren)員。創新人(ren)才由(you)事(shi)業(ye)單位根據(ju)推動知(zhi)識和科技創新需要(yao),自(zi)主確定(ding)。
四、申辦程序和所需材(cai)料
人力資(zi)源社(she)會保障部門(men)對創新(xin)人才(cai)(cai)薪酬激(ji)勵措施不作審批。經主管部門(men)同意,事業單位(wei)可(ke)自主與(yu)創新(xin)人才(cai)(cai)協(xie)商確(que)(que)定協(xie)議工(gong)資(zi)、年薪、項(xiang)目工(gong)資(zi)水平;可(ke)與(yu)創新(xin)人才(cai)(cai)協(xie)議明確(que)(que)配(pei)股、分(fen)紅及分(fen)配(pei)辦法;可(ke)自行確(que)(que)定創新(xin)人才(cai)(cai)突出貢獻獎獎勵額度;可(ke)自主與(yu)創新(xin)人才(cai)(cai)協(xie)商確(que)(que)定離崗創業期間(jian)的(de)基本(ben)待遇。
