鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為深入學(xue)(xue)習貫徹落實(shi)黨的十九大精(jing)神(shen),根據學(xue)(xue)院黨委(wei)要求,鐵道供電(dian)與(yu)電(dian)氣工程系(xi)持續推動“大學(xue)(xue)習、大調研、大改進”,4月到6月期(qi)間,組織教(jiao)師分別(bie)赴青島(dao)(dao)鴻普(pu)電(dian)氣科技有(you)限公司、青島(dao)(dao)地(di)鐵有(you)限公司、青島(dao)(dao)鼎佳電(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公司、積成電(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公司進行(xing)調研,深入了解(jie)企業人才培養需求及學(xue)(xue)生就業與(yu)頂崗實(shi)習情(qing)況。

在(zai)青(qing)(qing)島(dao)鴻普(pu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司,系副(fu)主任(ren)張偉、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動化技(ji)(ji)術教(jiao)(jiao)研室主任(ren)劉(liu)勇與(yu)該公(gong)司簽訂校企(qi)(qi)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)協議(yi)(yi)和(he)校外實習基地(di)(di)協議(yi)(yi),并與(yu)往屆畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進行(xing)深(shen)入交流,了(le)解學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)學(xue)院專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程設置(zhi)、人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)方(fang)案及(ji)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管理工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)等方(fang)面(mian)建(jian)議(yi)(yi)。在(zai)青(qing)(qing)島(dao)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司,鐵(tie)(tie)道供電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)崔景萍通過與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、培(pei)訓科(ke)人(ren)員座談,走訪車輛段(duan)等方(fang)式,了(le)解畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)和(he)實習生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)適應工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)過程情況,掌(zhang)握(wo)本專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程設置(zhi)、實訓實習等方(fang)面(mian)優(you)點及(ji)不足。在(zai)青(qing)(qing)島(dao)鼎佳(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司,電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動化技(ji)(ji)術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)鮑建(jian)、劉(liu)凌通過實地(di)(di)參觀、調(diao)研,了(le)解學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)情況、企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動化技(ji)(ji)術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)的(de)要求以及(ji)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)高職教(jiao)(jiao)育自(zi)(zi)(zi)動化技(ji)(ji)術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)意見和(he)建(jian)議(yi)(yi)。在(zai)積成電(dian)(dian)(dian)子有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司,系就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)辦主任(ren)曾(ceng)慶磊、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子信息(xi)技(ji)(ji)術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)江(jiang)軍對(dui)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頂崗(gang)實習情況和(he)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)完(wan)成畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)設計情況進行(xing)調(diao)研,全面(mian)掌(zhang)握(wo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)情況和(he)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)及(ji)頂崗(gang)實習情況。

帶著問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)學(xue)(xue)習(xi),針(zhen)對問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)調(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan),聚集問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)整(zheng)改(gai),是“大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)、大(da)(da)(da)調(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)、大(da)(da)(da)改(gai)進(jin)”的核心要義。鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工程系(xi)在組織教(jiao)師赴企(qi)業(ye)調(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中,始終堅(jian)持(chi)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)導(dao)向原則,堅(jian)持(chi)求真務實(shi),深(shen)入(ru)(ru)基層面對面聽取企(qi)業(ye)員(yuan)工、畢業(ye)學(xue)(xue)生意見(jian)建議,深(shen)入(ru)(ru)了解企(qi)業(ye)及學(xue)(xue)生的教(jiao)育(yu)需(xu)求,堅(jian)決(jue)杜絕漫無目的、走(zou)馬觀(guan)花、浮光掠影式(shi)調(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan),防止搞(gao)形式(shi)、走(zou)過(guo)場(chang)。對調(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)中發現的問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),該(gai)系(xi)召開教(jiao)職工工作會議,直面問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),全(quan)面探討,明確(que)改(gai)進(jin)路徑和解決(jue)方(fang)法。下一步(bu),該(gai)系(xi)將進(jin)一步(bu)加強(qiang)領導(dao),健全(quan)機制,強(qiang)化督導(dao),深(shen)入(ru)(ru)推進(jin)“大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)、大(da)(da)(da)調(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)、大(da)(da)(da)改(gai)進(jin)”,確(que)保(bao)把各項工作落實(shi)落細,完善修訂人才培養(yang)方(fang)案,全(quan)面提升教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量,為培養(yang)優質人才、助力新舊(jiu)動能轉(zhuan)換重大(da)(da)(da)工程、書寫“奮進(jin)之筆”貢獻積(ji)極力量。
