為更好引導(dao)(dao)大學生心理(li)健康成長,提升(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)員(yuan)心理(li)健康教育(yu)理(li)論素養,扎實推(tui)進心理(li)育(yu)人工(gong)作(zuo),4月2日,我(wo)院邀(yao)請山東中醫藥(yao)大學王維勛教授(shou)到校做心理(li)健康工(gong)作(zuo)指導(dao)(dao)。各系黨總支書記、全(quan)體輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)員(yuan)參加座談會(hui),學生工(gong)作(zuo)處(chu)(chu)處(chu)(chu)長劉紅主持活動。
王維勛針對輔導員心(xin)(xin)(xin)理育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)遇到的案例進行講解(jie)(jie),分析問題背后的原(yuan)因及應對方(fang)式,用心(xin)(xin)(xin)理專業知識(shi)引導老(lao)師對案例提(ti)出針對性的解(jie)(jie)決措(cuo)施,與老(lao)師們(men)一起探討如何更(geng)有(you)效地做好學生心(xin)(xin)(xin)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。他表示,育(yu)人(ren)(ren)育(yu)心(xin)(xin)(xin),學生才(cai)能(neng)健(jian)(jian)康成(cheng)長。要(yao)(yao)規范(fan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制,防范(fan)風險發生,日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)多(duo)看、多(duo)聽、多(duo)問。劉紅(hong)在(zai)總(zong)結(jie)講話(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)指出,做好心(xin)(xin)(xin)理育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),需要(yao)(yao)輔導員對學生有(you)愛心(xin)(xin)(xin)、有(you)耐心(xin)(xin)(xin)、有(you)恒(heng)心(xin)(xin)(xin),陪伴他們(men)順(shun)利渡過(guo)(guo)這一成(cheng)長困惑期。通過(guo)(guo)本次座(zuo)談,老(lao)師們(men)對心(xin)(xin)(xin)理危機預警與干預、心(xin)(xin)(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康服務工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方(fang)法(fa)等有(you)了更(geng)深入的認識(shi),為(wei)開展好學生思想教(jiao)育(yu)和心(xin)(xin)(xin)理疏導、轉(zhuan)變(bian)問題學生、引導學生走(zou)出不良情(qing)緒提(ti)供(gong)了新的方(fang)法(fa)和啟發。
