5月12日,黨委書(shu)記高磊在圖書(shu)行政(zheng)樓第一會議室主持召(zhao)開了(le)黨委理論學(xue)習中心組(擴(kuo)大)2021年5月份第一次集體學(xue)習會。
會議學習(xi)了《中國(guo)共產(chan)(chan)黨(dang)(dang)統一戰(zhan)線工作條例》第一章、第二章,習(xi)近(jin)平《論中國(guo)共產(chan)(chan)黨(dang)(dang)歷(li)(li)史》中的“正確認識改革開放前和(he)改革開放后兩個(ge)歷(li)(li)史時期”“知史愛黨(dang)(dang),知史愛國(guo)”和(he)“學習(xi)黨(dang)(dang)史、國(guo)史是(shi)堅持和(he)發展中國(guo)特色社會主義的必(bi)修課”。

高(gao)(gao)磊(lei)指出,黨的(de)(de)(de)十八大以來,習(xi)(xi)近(jin)(jin)平(ping)(ping)總書(shu)記(ji)高(gao)(gao)度重(zhong)視(shi)黨史(shi)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)(xi),圍繞中(zhong)(zhong)國共(gong)產(chan)黨歷史(shi)發表了系(xi)列重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)論述,集中(zhong)(zhong)體現在(zai)(zai)習(xi)(xi)近(jin)(jin)平(ping)(ping)《論中(zhong)(zhong)國共(gong)產(chan)黨歷史(shi)》一(yi)(yi)書(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)。這些重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)論述,體現著我(wo)們黨對(dui)自(zi)身(shen)歷史(shi)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)貫立場(chang)和(he)態度,體現了我(wo)們黨對(dui)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)運(yun)用(yong)(yong)黨的(de)(de)(de)歷史(shi)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)性和(he)必(bi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)性的(de)(de)(de)深刻認識,是習(xi)(xi)近(jin)(jin)平(ping)(ping)新(xin)時代中(zhong)(zhong)國特色社會主義思(si)想的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)組成部分(fen)。全(quan)校領導干部和(he)廣大黨員必(bi)須用(yong)(yong)腦用(yong)(yong)心用(yong)(yong)情(qing)學(xue)習(xi)(xi),真正學(xue)深學(xue)細學(xue)精,在(zai)(zai)工作實(shi)踐(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)抓好貫徹(che)落實(shi)。
高(gao)(gao)磊強(qiang)調(diao),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習習近(jin)平(ping)(ping)《論(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共產黨歷史》,關鍵是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)理(li)論(lun)聯系實(shi)(shi)(shi)際學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),切實(shi)(shi)(shi)用總(zong)(zong)書記的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)論(lun)述指導實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐推(tui)(tui)(tui)動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)堅(jian)(jian)持走自己的(de)(de)(de)路。總(zong)(zong)書記說(shuo)(shuo):“三(san)十多年來(lai),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)能(neng)(neng)夠創(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)出人(ren)(ren)類歷史上前(qian)無古人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)成(cheng)(cheng)就(jiu),走出了正確道路是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)根本原因”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)而(er)言,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)積極探索類型教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)背景下職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)(gao)等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)才培養規律,在省內(nei)率先(xian)(xian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)施完全(quan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分制(zhi)改(gai)革、率先(xian)(xian)推(tui)(tui)(tui)行“書院制(zhi)”學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管理(li)模式(shi)改(gai)革、面(mian)向行業(ye)產業(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)施“以(yi)群(qun)建院”等,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)培養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)僅懂技術,還要(yao)會(hui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo),更要(yao)有品(pin)位,這些都是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)研透國(guo)家政策文(wen)件結(jie)合學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際而(er)謀定(ding)的(de)(de)(de),這些改(gai)革和(he)提(ti)(ti)法(fa)領先(xian)(xian)于(yu)省內(nei)其他高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao),并取得了初(chu)步成(cheng)(cheng)效,推(tui)(tui)(tui)動了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現更高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)順(shun)應(ying)(ying)世界大勢(shi)(shi)(shi)。“世界潮(chao)流,浩浩蕩(dang)蕩(dang),順(shun)之則昌,逆之則亡”。我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)順(shun)應(ying)(ying)大勢(shi)(shi)(shi),緊抓獨立(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院轉(zhuan)設的(de)(de)(de)機遇,積極推(tui)(tui)(tui)進(jin)轉(zhuan)設升本工作,籌建山(shan)(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技術大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。目(mu)前(qian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)高(gao)(gao)地建設已成(cheng)(cheng)為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)大勢(shi)(shi)(shi),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)必須因勢(shi)(shi)(shi)利(li)導、順(shun)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)而(er)為,在時代(dai)前(qian)進(jin)潮(chao)流中(zhong)(zhong)把握(wo)主動,贏得發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)代(dai)表最廣(guang)大人(ren)(ren)民根本利(li)益。總(zong)(zong)書記說(shuo)(shuo):“我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)黨之所以(yi)得到人(ren)(ren)民擁(yong)護(hu)和(he)支持,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)因為能(neng)(neng)始終(zhong)代(dai)表中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)最廣(guang)大人(ren)(ren)民根本利(li)益”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)而(er)言,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)堅(jian)(jian)持“以(yi)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)為主體(ti)、以(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)為中(zhong)(zhong)心”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念(nian),不(bu)斷(duan)改(gai)善(shan)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件,提(ti)(ti)升師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)幸(xing)福指數。引導教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工把個人(ren)(ren)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)相結(jie)合,小(xiao)我(wo)(wo)(wo)融入大我(wo)(wo)(wo),在融入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)大局中(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現更好發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加強(qiang)黨的(de)(de)(de)自身建設。黨的(de)(de)(de)建設是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)革命取得勝利(li)的(de)(de)(de)三(san)大法(fa)寶之一(yi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)要(yao)想實(shi)(shi)(shi)現高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan),必須做(zuo)強(qiang)內(nei)功,練(lian)好“鐵布衫”,進(jin)一(yi)步加強(qiang)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)、管理(li)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)建設,不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)(ti)升教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)課(ke)堂教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能(neng)(neng)力(li)、科研能(neng)(neng)力(li),不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)(ti)升服(fu)務管理(li)水平(ping)(ping)。五(wu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)堅(jian)(jian)定(ding)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社會(hui)主義(yi)自信(xin)。“自信(xin)人(ren)(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)二(er)百年,會(hui)當(dang)水擊三(san)千里”。對我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)而(er)言,目(mu)前(qian)正處于(yu)爬坡過坎的(de)(de)(de)關鍵時期,只有全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)擰成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)股繩(sheng)、凝聚(ju)一(yi)條心,堅(jian)(jian)定(ding)打造(zao)“打造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)最好的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)(gao)等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“創(chuang)(chuang)建中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)(gao)等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)‘山(shan)(shan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)’樣本”的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)心,勇(yong)往直前(qian)、奮勇(yong)拼搏,才能(neng)(neng)不(bu)斷(duan)開創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)局。
高磊指(zhi)出,思(si)政(zheng)課要加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)理(li)(li)想信念教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),在學(xue)(xue)生中加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)四(si)(si)(si)史特別是黨史教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),堅持用社(she)會(hui)主義核心價(jia)值觀引領知(zhi)識傳(chuan)授,引導學(xue)(xue)生牢固(gu)樹立(li)“四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)意識”,堅定“四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)自信”,立(li)志肩負起民族復興的(de)(de)時代重任。思(si)政(zheng)課教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)要不斷拓寬歷(li)史視野,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)“四(si)(si)(si)史”的(de)(de)理(li)(li)論(lun)研究,充分挖(wa)掘(jue)歷(li)史資(zi)源,不斷提(ti)升教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)歷(li)史深度,通(tong)過生動、深入(ru)、具體的(de)(de)縱橫比較,把一些道理(li)(li)講明白、講清楚。
高磊強調(diao),《中國(guo)共產黨統(tong)一戰(zhan)線工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)條例》的(de)(de)修訂(ding)和實施,是新(xin)(xin)時(shi)代加強統(tong)一戰(zhan)線制度(du)體系建設的(de)(de)重要(yao)舉措(cuo),為“十四五”期間乃至未來更長(chang)時(shi)期黨的(de)(de)統(tong)一戰(zhan)線事業(ye)注(zhu)入(ru)了強大動力,具有深刻(ke)意義。我(wo)們(men)必須要(yao)以高度(du)的(de)(de)政治(zhi)責任感和歷(li)史(shi)使(shi)命(ming)感,加強統(tong)一戰(zhan)線工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)謀劃部署。各級黨組織要(yao)認真組織學習《條例》,把(ba)握和落實統(tong)戰(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求。不(bu)斷(duan)創新(xin)(xin)統(tong)戰(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方式方法,把(ba)廣大統(tong)戰(zhan)成員緊(jin)緊(jin)團結在黨的(de)(de)周圍,引導他們(men)立足本職建功立業(ye)。為譜寫學校高質量(liang)發展新(xin)(xin)篇章貢獻統(tong)戰(zhan)力量(liang)。
