通過(guo)學習大(da)家(jia)一致認為,當前全國(guo)(guo)疫(yi)(yi)情防(fang)(fang)控(kong)形(xing)勢持續向好,但疫(yi)(yi)情形(xing)勢依(yi)然嚴峻復雜,特別(bie)是(shi)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)疫(yi)(yi)情持續蔓延,我國(guo)(guo)防(fang)(fang)范疫(yi)(yi)情輸入壓(ya)力不(bu)斷加(jia)大(da),無(wu)癥狀感染者難察(cha)難防(fang)(fang),防(fang)(fang)控(kong)工作(zuo)仍處在最吃勁(jing)的關鍵階段(duan)。同時受疫(yi)(yi)情影響,世界經(jing)濟(ji)下(xia)行風險加(jia)劇,不(bu)穩(wen)定不(bu)確定因素顯著(zhu)增多,我國(guo)(guo)復工復產和(he)經(jing)濟(ji)社會發(fa)展也面(mian)臨新的困難和(he)挑戰。習近平總(zong)書記的重要講(jiang)話、重要指示、重要回信(xin),為落(luo)實常態化疫(yi)(yi)情防(fang)(fang)控(kong)舉措(cuo)全面(mian)推進復工復產工作(zuo),教育事業落(luo)實立德樹(shu)人根本(ben)任(ren)務深化改革發(fa)展培養理想(xiang)信(xin)念堅定本(ben)領過(guo)硬的合格人才指明(ming)了前進方向、提供了根本(ben)遵循。

高磊在總結講(jiang)話中指出,我們要(yao)堅決貫徹落實(shi)習近平總書(shu)記重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)講(jiang)話、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)指示(shi)、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)回信精(jing)神,牢牢把握統籌“兩(liang)手”,抓好學院(yuan)疫(yi)情防控(kong)工作和綜合改革工作。
高磊強調,要(yao)毫(hao)不放松抓緊(jin)抓實抓細學(xue)(xue)院各(ge)項防控(kong)(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。一(yi)是(shi)學(xue)(xue)院疫情(qing)應(ying)急處置工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領(ling)導小組(zu)(zu)(春季學(xue)(xue)期(qi)開學(xue)(xue)準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領(ling)導小組(zu)(zu))和各(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)專班(組(zu)(zu))嚴格按(an)照上(shang)級要(yao)求和最新(xin)通知,進一(yi)步完善疫情(qing)日(ri)常防控(kong)(kong)及應(ying)急處置工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方案(an),更加科(ke)學(xue)(xue)精準地(di)做好(hao)(hao)復(fu)學(xue)(xue)復(fu)課各(ge)項準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。二是(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)務處和各(ge)系部繼續做好(hao)(hao)延遲開學(xue)(xue)期(qi)間“停課不停學(xue)(xue)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),利(li)用好(hao)(hao)線上(shang)教(jiao)(jiao)育平臺和優質教(jiao)(jiao)育資源(yuan),科(ke)學(xue)(xue)合理安排教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)課程,構建同疫情(qing)防控(kong)(kong)相適應(ying)的教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)秩序。

高(gao)磊(lei)要求,要扎實推進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)院綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)。前期,學(xue)(xue)院已(yi)經明確(que)了(le)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)總(zong)體(ti)思(si)路,聚焦構建(jian)(jian)獨具“山(shan)職”特色、符合(he)職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)發(fa)展規(gui)律的(de)人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)體(ti)系(xi)(xi),著眼于(yu)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)建(jian)(jian)設(she)和(he)標準化(hua)構建(jian)(jian),形成了(le)以思(si)政教(jiao)育(yu)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)、專業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)兩個(ge)核心,教(jiao)師隊伍建(jian)(jian)設(she)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)、治理體(ti)系(xi)(xi)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)、人事分配制(zhi)(zhi)度改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)三大保障的(de)系(xi)(xi)統改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)方(fang)案(an),也得到廳領(ling)導充分肯定(ding)。從現在開始(shi)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)工作進(jin)(jin)入計時狀(zhuang)態。一(yi)是盡(jin)快將綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)方(fang)案(an)發(fa)給(gei)全(quan)院各單位(wei)各部(bu)門征求意見(jian)建(jian)(jian)議,并(bing)根據反饋(kui)情況修訂完善,經黨委會研究(jiu)確(que)定(ding)后正式發(fa)布(bu)實施。二(er)是要推動綜(zong)(zong)合(he)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)見(jian)效(xiao)見(jian)功(gong)。通過施行學(xue)(xue)分制(zhi)(zhi)管理,重構課(ke)程體(ti)系(xi)(xi)、構建(jian)(jian)“0.5x6”學(xue)(xue)期制(zhi)(zhi)度、模塊化(hua)打造選修課(ke)程、實行主輔修轉(zhuan)換,著力(li)解決(jue)規(gui)模化(hua)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)和(he)個(ge)性化(hua)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)相結合(he)的(de)瓶頸。把思(si)想(xiang)政治教(jiao)育(yu)和(he)職業(ye)素養(yang)(yang)(yang)教(jiao)育(yu)貫穿人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)全(quan)過程,培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)一(yi)批(pi)批(pi)理想(xiang)信念(nian)堅(jian)定(ding)、本領(ling)過硬的(de)合(he)格人才。
高(gao)磊強調,學院(yuan)“雙高(gao)”建設方案已基本完成,一周內(nei)要(yao)完成好資(zi)金投入、項目安排與預(yu)算對接等工作(zuo),預(yu)算項目執(zhi)行單位要(yao)做出項目執(zhi)行年(nian)度(du)計劃。從(cong)今年(nian)起,部(bu)門(men)年(nian)度(du)考核工作(zuo)與綜合(he)改(gai)革和雙高(gao)建設任(ren)務等掛鉤,根據考核結果(guo)確定(ding)績(ji)效獎勵分配。
