自(zi)新型(xing)冠(guan)狀病(bing)毒(du)感染的疫情發(fa)現(xian)以來,我(wo)院(yuan)嚴格落實教育(yu)部和(he)山東省(sheng)委、省(sheng)政(zheng)府及省(sheng)教育(yu)廳有(you)關通知要(yao)求,把師(shi)生(sheng)的生(sheng)命(ming)安全和(he)身體健康放在第一位,網上網下“雙線戰(zhan)‘疫’”,護航學生(sheng)平安。
宣傳引導,服從大局。一是(shi)下發(fa)了《致(zhi)(zhi)全體輔導(dao)員(yuan)、班主任(ren)的一封信(xin)》《致(zhi)(zhi)全體學(xue)生的一封信(xin)》《致(zhi)(zhi)全體學(xue)生做(zuo)好(hao)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)工作的告知(zhi)書》和《疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)預防(fang)(fang)(fang)指南(nan)》等(deng)通(tong)(tong)知(zhi),號召(zhao)全體輔導(dao)員(yuan)、班主任(ren)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)責(ze)任(ren)到(dao)位(wei)(wei)、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)措施(shi)到(dao)位(wei)(wei)、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)自(zi)己到(dao)位(wei)(wei),做(zuo)到(dao)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)不(bu)僥(jiao)幸(xing)、不(bu)懈怠,做(zuo)到(dao)抗(kang)戰與(yu)暖心(xin)并舉、防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)與(yu)育人(ren)(ren)結合,做(zuo)到(dao)保護自(zi)己、關愛學(xue)生,全面(mian)提(ti)升自(zi)身專業化(hua)、職業化(hua)能力。號召(zhao)全體學(xue)生正確看待疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)、服從防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)大局,了解防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)知(zhi)識、加強個(ge)人(ren)(ren)防(fang)(fang)(fang)護,合理(li)安排假期、及時報(bao)告實(shi)(shi)(shi)情(qing)。二是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過微(wei)信(xin)、微(wei)博、QQ等(deng)媒體平(ping)臺(tai),做(zuo)好(hao)正面(mian)引導(dao),宣講有(you)關防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)政策和措施(shi),引導(dao)全員(yuan)理(li)性認識,科(ke)學(xue)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong),消除恐慌,不(bu)信(xin)謠(yao)、不(bu)傳謠(yao),維護良(liang)好(hao)網(wang)絡(luo)輿(yu)論環境。
重點關注,細致入微。一(yi)是(shi)通過學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)管理系(xi)統查到籍貫、戶口(kou)所(suo)在(zai)地(di)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)地(di)在(zai)湖北省的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)共有18人(ren),當(dang)天(tian)即通知各系(xi)安(an)(an)排輔導員、班主任采取電話、微信、QQ等(deng)方式逐一(yi)聯(lian)系(xi)并落(luo)實學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)當(dang)前情(qing)(qing)況,給予他(ta)們足夠的(de)關心和(he)(he)(he)關懷,指導學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)好個人(ren)防(fang)控(kong)措(cuo)施。二是(shi)制定(ding)了(le)留學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)疫情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)預案,成立了(le)留學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自管會(hui),負責監督各位留學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)好體溫測量、外出報(bao)告等(deng)防(fang)控(kong)事宜,及時掌握(wo)每位學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)情(qing)(qing)況,按時向(xiang)教(jiao)育廳、出入(ru)境管理局(ju)和(he)(he)(he)學(xue)院上報(bao)留學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)身體狀況和(he)(he)(he)人(ren)員流動(dong)情(qing)(qing)況,加強(qiang)留學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)疫情(qing)(qing)宣傳(chuan)和(he)(he)(he)新冠病毒(du)的(de)防(fang)護教(jiao)育。三是(shi)密切聯(lian)系(xi)濟南鐵路局(ju)等(deng)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實習單位做(zuo)好學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實習安(an)(an)排,叫停(ting)一(yi)切寒假(jia)社會(hui)實踐活動(dong)和(he)(he)(he)志(zhi)愿服務活動(dong),撤(che)回(hui)所(suo)有參與社會(hui)實踐和(he)(he)(he)志(zhi)愿服務的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),確保(bao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)平安(an)(an)健康(kang)。
心理疏導,居家戰“疫”。一(yi)是全體輔導員、班主任采取打電話、微(wei)信(xin)、QQ等(deng)方(fang)式(shi)與每名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)保(bao)持密(mi)切(qie)聯系,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)準(zhun)確掌握(wo)動(dong)態,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)做好(hao)心(xin)(xin)理疏導,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)傳達(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院精(jing)神,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)上(shang)(shang)報異常情況,引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)遵守(shou)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院相關規定(ding),未經批(pi)準(zhun)不(bu)提前返校(xiao)。二是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)理健康中心(xin)(xin)在(zai)微(wei)信(xin)公眾號推出了“宅(zhai)家攻略”,引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)通過聽音樂緩(huan)釋(shi)情緒、居家運動(dong)增強抵抗力、與書戀愛充實精(jing)神生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)、網上(shang)(shang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)做好(hao)知(zhi)識儲(chu)備、關注權威(wei)發布明辨(bian)是非、鍛(duan)煉廚(chu)藝提升生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)能(neng)力等(deng)方(fang)式(shi)“宅(zhai)家生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)”,做好(hao)居家、飲食、個(ge)人等(deng)的(de)衛生(sheng)(sheng)防疫工(gong)作。三是開展了大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)居家戰“疫”生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)短視(shi)頻評選活(huo)動(dong),設置學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)閱(yue)讀篇(pian)、居家運動(dong)篇(pian)、娛(yu)樂休閑(xian)篇(pian)、勞動(dong)美食篇(pian)等(deng)四個(ge)主題,通過征集展示各種有(you)趣(qu)短視(shi)頻,傳播陽(yang)光(guang)正能(neng)量,激發學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)、生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)、運動(dong)等(deng)的(de)興趣(qu),轉移不(bu)良情緒,培(pei)養大(da)家積極向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)態度。
