為了增強師生心(xin)理健康(kang)意(yi)識(shi),普(pu)及宣(xuan)傳心(xin)理健康(kang)知識(shi),我院(yuan)在(zai)第十五屆心(xin)理健康(kang)節期(qi)間舉辦了優秀心(xin)理健康(kang)教育(yu)主題班(ban)會評選(xuan)活(huo)動,17個班(ban)會活(huo)動獲評一(yi)二三等獎。
此次(ci)評(ping)選活(huo)動自(zi)開展以來,各系高度重(zhong)視,積極準備,精心(xin)策劃。師(shi)(shi)生共(gong)同(tong)(tong)構思(si)班(ban)(ban)(ban)會主題,確定(ding)班(ban)(ban)(ban)會內容,認(ren)真設(she)計每(mei)一個環節(jie),形成(cheng)班(ban)(ban)(ban)會方案(an)。班(ban)(ban)(ban)主任、輔導員親(qin)自(zi)主持班(ban)(ban)(ban)會,與(yu)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)親(qin)密互(hu)動,引(yin)導學(xue)(xue)(xue)生關注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang),極大提升了(le)(le)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)育主題班(ban)(ban)(ban)會的(de)教(jiao)育效果。如劉勇老師(shi)(shi)召(zhao)開的(de)“情(qing)緒的(de)調節(jie)與(yu)管理(li)(li)(li)”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會,擺脫了(le)(le)傳統說教(jiao)的(de)模式,采用了(le)(le)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)劇(ju)表演、觀看心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)短片與(yu)師(shi)(shi)生交流相結(jie)合(he)的(de)形式,深深地吸引(yin)住了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)。欒(luan)金志老師(shi)(shi)召(zhao)開“陽(yang)光(guang)(guang)心(xin)態伴我成(cheng)長”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會,通過自(zi)由討論、互(hu)動游戲、歌唱等形式提升了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)的(de)參與(yu)熱情(qing),達到預期效果。殷巖峰老師(shi)(shi)組織(zhi)的(de)“讓陽(yang)光(guang)(guang)照(zhao)進心(xin)扉”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會走出教(jiao)室,來到學(xue)(xue)(xue)院小西湖(hu)邊,以輕松(song)的(de)方式與(yu)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)暢談(tan),引(yin)發(fa)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)共(gong)鳴,提升同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)對心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)育的(de)認(ren)知(zhi)。同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)紛紛表示,這(zhe)種班(ban)(ban)(ban)會形式是以往較少接觸的(de),傳達的(de)知(zhi)識與(yu)理(li)(li)(li)念易于接受,提高了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)對心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)的(de)關注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)度,增強(qiang)了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)的(de)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)素(su)質,掀起了(le)(le)關注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)的(de)熱潮(chao)。
