為進一步加強工作(zuo)統籌,推(tui)動工作(zuo)落實,7月11日,學(xue)院召開優質校建設推(tui)進會暨(ji)2018年上半(ban)年工作(zuo)總結會,黨委(wei)書記(ji)王榮昌(chang)主持會議(yi),學(xue)院領導、優質校各項目組有關(guan)同志(zhi),學(xue)生處、招生就業處、財務處、資產管理(li)處、總務處、安(an)全保衛處有關(guan)同志(zhi)參加會議(yi)。
會議(yi)聽取了優質校項目整體建(jian)設情(qing)況(kuang),9個(ge)項目組(zu)建(jian)設情(qing)況(kuang),資產采購(gou)、資金支出進展情(qing)況(kuang)及(ji)有(you)關職能部門上半年工作落實情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)匯(hui)報,分析了當前優質校建(jian)設及(ji)學生管理、安(an)全穩(wen)定等工作存在的(de)問(wen)題和不足,對做好下一步(bu)工作進行了安(an)排部署。
會議(yi)認為(wei)(wei),今年以來特別(bie)是上次優(you)質校項目(mu)(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)專題(ti)會議(yi)以來,各(ge)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)組按照進度(du)(du)安排和會議(yi)要求群策群力、加班加點開展建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)作,有些(xie)(xie)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)已經超計劃(hua)完成(cheng),有些(xie)(xie)完成(cheng)難度(du)(du)較(jiao)(jiao)大的工(gong)作項目(mu)(mu)(mu)已經找到了替(ti)代方(fang)案,整(zheng)個建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)作取得了較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)顯(xian)著(zhu)的成(cheng)績(ji)。但目(mu)(mu)(mu)前優(you)質校項目(mu)(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)進度(du)(du)不均(jun)衡(heng),有些(xie)(xie)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)進展較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)緩慢,資產招投標(biao)、資金支出滯(zhi)后,有些(xie)(xie)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)現狀距離目(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)差距較(jiao)(jiao)大,個別(bie)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)的瓶頸問題(ti)仍(reng)未解(jie)決(jue)。相(xiang)對于建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)國(guo)內領(ling)先、國(guo)際先進的優(you)質高職院(yuan)校的目(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)而言,我校的建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)壓(ya)力仍(reng)較(jiao)(jiao)大、困難仍(reng)較(jiao)(jiao)多(duo),必須依靠(kao)創(chuang)新開拓新思路,依靠(kao)苦干(gan)實干(gan)干(gan)出新成(cheng)效。
會議要求(qiu),一是(shi)優勢(shi)(shi)力量(liang)聚焦優質(zhi)校(xiao),把優質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)作(zuo)(zuo)為學院工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)中之重(zhong)。各(ge)單(dan)位(部門(men))要服從、服務于優質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)大局,把精(jing)力向優質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)集(ji)中,統一思想(xiang)、統一步(bu)調、統一行動,全力以赴(fu)做好這(zhe)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。年終考(kao)核中加(jia)大優質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)比重(zhong),強化正向激勵,努力形成(cheng)(cheng)干事創業(ye)的(de)良好氛圍(wei)。二(er)是(shi)瞄準重(zhong)點指(zhi)標(biao),在提升建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)上下功(gong)夫(fu)。把建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)國家(jia)級、省級標(biao)志性成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)和技術服務到款額(e)、科(ke)技成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)轉化等具(ju)有橫向可比性的(de)量(liang)化指(zhi)標(biao)作(zuo)(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)重(zhong)點,進(jin)一步(bu)解(jie)放(fang)思想(xiang),針對(dui)重(zhong)點指(zhi)標(biao)和重(zhong)難(nan)點問題切實(shi)拿出真招(zhao)(zhao)、實(shi)招(zhao)(zhao)、硬招(zhao)(zhao),破解(jie)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)難(nan)題,提升建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)。三(san)是(shi)把握暑(shu)假關鍵節(jie)點,推動建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)再上新臺(tai)階(jie)。各(ge)項(xiang)目組要利用暑(shu)期(qi)時間充(chong)足的(de)優勢(shi)(shi),集(ji)眾(zhong)人(ren)之力、匯(hui)眾(zhong)人(ren)之智,集(ji)中攻關解(jie)決難(nan)題。各(ge)單(dan)位(部門(men))要樹(shu)立(li)一盤棋的(de)思想(xiang),通(tong)力配(pei)合、全力支(zhi)持優質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),對(dui)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中遇(yu)到的(de)問題,要主動協助(zhu)解(jie)決,推動建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)項(xiang)目順利進(jin)行。
會議認為,今(jin)年以來各(ge)(ge)有關職能(neng)(neng)處室按照年初工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)點,做了大(da)量卓有成(cheng)效的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),為優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)提(ti)供(gong)了有力保(bao)障,但(dan)仍存在一些薄弱環節(jie)(jie),需(xu)進(jin)一步加(jia)強。會議要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,一是做實做細學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)特點強化分類管(guan)理(li)(li),加(jia)強學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)紀律(lv)(lv)意識,提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)遵守(shou)紀律(lv)(lv)法制的(de)自覺(jue)性。抓好(hao)養(yang)成(cheng)教育,培養(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)良好(hao)的(de)衛生(sheng)習慣(guan)、節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)環保(bao)習慣(guan)等(deng)。二是抓牢(lao)抓好(hao)安(an)(an)(an)全工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。加(jia)強師生(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全教育,排(pai)(pai)除安(an)(an)(an)全隱患,提(ti)高(gao)師生(sheng)處理(li)(li)突發事件的(de)能(neng)(neng)力,打造(zao)平安(an)(an)(an)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),為優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)營造(zao)安(an)(an)(an)全穩(wen)定的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)環境。把留學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)納(na)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)院安(an)(an)(an)全管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)內容(rong),配(pei)備充足人員、強化日(ri)常管(guan)理(li)(li),確保(bao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習活動順(shun)利(li)完成(cheng)。三是安(an)(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)部(bu)署(shu)好(hao)假(jia)期工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。暑期優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)項目建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)、綜(zong)合(he)改革、校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)基礎設(she)(she)施整修(xiu)等(deng)任務繁重(zhong),外出培訓的(de)領導干部(bu)也比較多,假(jia)前各(ge)(ge)單(dan)位(wei)(部(bu)門)負(fu)責人要(yao)(yao)(yao)提(ti)前安(an)(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)部(bu)署(shu)好(hao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),確保(bao)各(ge)(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)利(li)進(jin)行(xing)。各(ge)(ge)部(bu)門之間也要(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)強協調溝(gou)通,打好(hao)配(pei)合(he)戰,為暑期各(ge)(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)利(li)開展提(ti)供(gong)便利(li)服務。
