為進一步加(jia)強(qiang)工作統籌(chou),推(tui)動工作落實(shi),7月11日,學(xue)院(yuan)召開優(you)質校(xiao)建設推(tui)進會(hui)(hui)暨2018年上半(ban)年工作總結會(hui)(hui),黨委書記王榮昌主持會(hui)(hui)議(yi),學(xue)院(yuan)領導、優(you)質校(xiao)各項目組有關同(tong)志,學(xue)生處(chu)(chu)、招生就(jiu)業處(chu)(chu)、財(cai)務處(chu)(chu)、資產管理(li)處(chu)(chu)、總務處(chu)(chu)、安全保衛(wei)處(chu)(chu)有關同(tong)志參加(jia)會(hui)(hui)議(yi)。
會(hui)議(yi)聽取了優(you)質校項(xiang)目(mu)整體(ti)建(jian)設情況(kuang),9個(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)組(zu)建(jian)設情況(kuang),資(zi)(zi)產采購、資(zi)(zi)金支出進展(zhan)情況(kuang)及有關職能(neng)部門上半年工(gong)作(zuo)落實情況(kuang)的(de)匯(hui)報(bao),分析了當前優(you)質校建(jian)設及學生管理、安全穩定(ding)等工(gong)作(zuo)存在的(de)問題和(he)不足,對做好下一步(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)進行了安排部署。
會議(yi)認(ren)為,今年以來(lai)特(te)別是上(shang)次優(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)專題會議(yi)以來(lai),各項目(mu)(mu)組按照進度(du)安排和會議(yi)要求(qiu)群策群力、加班(ban)加點(dian)開(kai)展建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工作(zuo),有些任務(wu)(wu)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)已經(jing)超計劃(hua)完成(cheng),有些完成(cheng)難(nan)度(du)較(jiao)大(da)的工作(zuo)項目(mu)(mu)已經(jing)找(zhao)到(dao)了(le)替代方案,整個建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工作(zuo)取得了(le)較(jiao)為顯(xian)著的成(cheng)績(ji)。但目(mu)(mu)前優(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)進度(du)不均衡,有些項目(mu)(mu)進展較(jiao)為緩慢,資產招投標(biao)(biao)、資金支出(chu)滯后,有些任務(wu)(wu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)現狀(zhuang)距離目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)差距較(jiao)大(da),個別建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)項目(mu)(mu)的瓶頸問題仍未解決。相對于建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)國(guo)內領先、國(guo)際先進的優(you)質高職院校(xiao)(xiao)的目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)而(er)言,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)的建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)壓力仍較(jiao)大(da)、困難(nan)仍較(jiao)多,必(bi)須依(yi)靠創新開(kai)拓新思路(lu),依(yi)靠苦(ku)干實干干出(chu)新成(cheng)效(xiao)。
會議要求,一是優勢力量(liang)聚焦優質校(xiao)(xiao),把(ba)優質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設作為學院工作的重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。各單位(部(bu)門)要服從、服務于優質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設的大局,把(ba)精力向(xiang)優質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設集(ji)中(zhong),統(tong)一思想(xiang)(xiang)、統(tong)一步調(diao)、統(tong)一行(xing)動,全(quan)力以赴做(zuo)好(hao)這項(xiang)工作。年終考核中(zhong)加(jia)大優質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設工作的比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),強化正向(xiang)激勵,努力形成干事(shi)創業(ye)的良好(hao)氛圍。二是瞄(miao)準重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)指(zhi)標,在提升建(jian)(jian)(jian)設成效上下功夫。把(ba)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設國家級(ji)、省(sheng)級(ji)標志(zhi)性(xing)成果和技(ji)術服務到款額、科技(ji)成果轉(zhuan)化等具有橫向(xiang)可(ke)比(bi)(bi)性(xing)的量(liang)化指(zhi)標作為建(jian)(jian)(jian)設重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian),進一步解(jie)放思想(xiang)(xiang),針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)指(zhi)標和重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)難點(dian)(dian)問題切實拿出真招(zhao)(zhao)、實招(zhao)(zhao)、硬招(zhao)(zhao),破解(jie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設難題,提升建(jian)(jian)(jian)設成效。三(san)是把(ba)握暑(shu)假(jia)關鍵節(jie)點(dian)(dian),推動建(jian)(jian)(jian)設成果再(zai)上新臺階。各項(xiang)目(mu)組要利(li)用暑(shu)期時(shi)間充足的優勢,集(ji)眾人之力、匯眾人之智,集(ji)中(zhong)攻關解(jie)決(jue)難題。各單位(部(bu)門)要樹(shu)立一盤(pan)棋的思想(xiang)(xiang),通力配合、全(quan)力支持優質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設各項(xiang)工作,對(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設中(zhong)遇到的問題,要主動協助解(jie)決(jue),推動建(jian)(jian)(jian)設項(xiang)目(mu)順(shun)利(li)進行(xing)。
會(hui)議認為(wei),今年(nian)以來各(ge)有(you)(you)(you)關(guan)職能處(chu)(chu)室按(an)照年(nian)初工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)點,做(zuo)了大量卓(zhuo)有(you)(you)(you)成(cheng)效的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),為(wei)優(you)(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設提供了有(you)(you)(you)力(li)保障,但仍(reng)存在一(yi)(yi)些薄弱(ruo)環(huan)節(jie),需(xu)進一(yi)(yi)步加強(qiang)(qiang)。會(hui)議要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,一(yi)(yi)是做(zuo)實做(zuo)細學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)特點強(qiang)(qiang)化分類管理(li),加強(qiang)(qiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的紀律意識(shi),提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)遵守(shou)紀律法制的自(zi)覺性。抓好(hao)(hao)養成(cheng)教(jiao)育,培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)良好(hao)(hao)的衛生(sheng)習慣、節(jie)能環(huan)保習慣等(deng)。二是抓牢抓好(hao)(hao)安(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。加強(qiang)(qiang)師生(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育,排(pai)(pai)除安(an)(an)全(quan)隱患,提高師生(sheng)處(chu)(chu)理(li)突發事件的能力(li),打造(zao)平安(an)(an)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),為(wei)優(you)(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設營造(zao)安(an)(an)全(quan)穩定的校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)環(huan)境。把留學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)納入學(xue)(xue)(xue)院安(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)的重要(yao)(yao)(yao)內(nei)容,配備充足人(ren)員、強(qiang)(qiang)化日常管理(li),確保學(xue)(xue)(xue)習活動順(shun)利完成(cheng)。三是安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)部(bu)(bu)署好(hao)(hao)假期工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。暑期優(you)(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)項(xiang)目建(jian)設、綜合改革、校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)基(ji)礎設施(shi)整修等(deng)任務(wu)繁重,外出培(pei)訓的領導干部(bu)(bu)也(ye)比較多,假前各(ge)單位(部(bu)(bu)門)負責人(ren)要(yao)(yao)(yao)提前安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)部(bu)(bu)署好(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),確保各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)利進行。各(ge)部(bu)(bu)門之間也(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)(qiang)協調(diao)溝通,打好(hao)(hao)配合戰,為(wei)暑期各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)利開展提供便利服務(wu)。
