5月(yue)12日(ri),黨(dang)委書記(ji)高磊在(zai)圖書行政(zheng)樓第(di)一(yi)會議室主持(chi)召(zhao)開了黨(dang)委理論學(xue)習中(zhong)心組(zu)(擴大(da))2021年5月(yue)份第(di)一(yi)次(ci)集(ji)體(ti)學(xue)習會。
會議(yi)學(xue)習(xi)了《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共產(chan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)統一戰線工作條例》第一章、第二章,習(xi)近平《論中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共產(chan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)歷史(shi)》中(zhong)(zhong)的“正確(que)認識(shi)改革開放前(qian)和(he)改革開放后兩個歷史(shi)時期”“知史(shi)愛(ai)黨(dang)(dang)(dang),知史(shi)愛(ai)國(guo)(guo)”和(he)“學(xue)習(xi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)史(shi)、國(guo)(guo)史(shi)是堅持和(he)發展中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色(se)社會主義的必修課”。

高磊指出,黨(dang)的(de)(de)十八大(da)以來,習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)總書(shu)(shu)記高度(du)重(zhong)視黨(dang)史(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi),圍(wei)繞中(zhong)國(guo)共(gong)產黨(dang)歷(li)(li)(li)史(shi)發表了系列(lie)重(zhong)要論述,集(ji)中(zhong)體(ti)現(xian)(xian)在(zai)習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)《論中(zhong)國(guo)共(gong)產黨(dang)歷(li)(li)(li)史(shi)》一(yi)書(shu)(shu)中(zhong)。這些(xie)重(zhong)要論述,體(ti)現(xian)(xian)著我們黨(dang)對自身歷(li)(li)(li)史(shi)的(de)(de)一(yi)貫立場和態度(du),體(ti)現(xian)(xian)了我們黨(dang)對學(xue)習(xi)運(yun)用黨(dang)的(de)(de)歷(li)(li)(li)史(shi)重(zhong)要性和必要性的(de)(de)深刻認識,是習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)新時(shi)代中(zhong)國(guo)特色社會主義思(si)想的(de)(de)重(zhong)要組成部分。全校領導干部和廣大(da)黨(dang)員必須(xu)用腦用心用情學(xue)習(xi),真正學(xue)深學(xue)細學(xue)精(jing),在(zai)工作實(shi)(shi)踐中(zhong)抓(zhua)好(hao)貫徹(che)落實(shi)(shi)。
高(gao)磊強調,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)習(xi)近平《論(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共產黨(dang)歷(li)史(shi)》,關鍵(jian)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)理(li)論(lun)聯系實(shi)(shi)際學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),切實(shi)(shi)用總書記的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)論(lun)述指(zhi)導實(shi)(shi)踐推(tui)動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)堅持走(zou)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)路(lu)(lu)。總書記說(shuo):“三(san)(san)十(shi)多年來,我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)能夠創(chuang)(chuang)造出(chu)人(ren)類(lei)歷(li)史(shi)上(shang)前(qian)無古人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)就(jiu),走(zou)出(chu)了正(zheng)確道路(lu)(lu)是(shi)(shi)根(gen)本(ben)原因(yin)”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而(er)(er)言(yan),我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)積極探索類(lei)型教(jiao)(jiao)育背景下職業(ye)(ye)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育人(ren)才培養(yang)規律,在省內(nei)率(lv)先實(shi)(shi)施(shi)完全學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分(fen)制改(gai)革(ge)、率(lv)先推(tui)行“書院制”學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理(li)模式改(gai)革(ge)、面向行業(ye)(ye)產業(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)“以(yi)群建(jian)(jian)(jian)院”等,我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)培養(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)不(bu)(bu)僅懂(dong)技術,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)會生(sheng)活(huo),更要(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)品位,這些都(dou)是(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)研(yan)透國(guo)(guo)(guo)家政(zheng)策(ce)文(wen)件結合學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)際而(er)(er)謀定的(de)(de)(de),這些改(gai)革(ge)和(he)(he)提(ti)法領先于(yu)省內(nei)其(qi)他高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),并取得(de)(de)(de)了初步成(cheng)效(xiao),推(tui)動了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)更高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。二是(shi)(shi)順應世界大(da)(da)勢。“世界潮(chao)流,浩浩蕩(dang)蕩(dang),順之則昌(chang),逆之則亡”。我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)順應大(da)(da)勢,緊抓獨立學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院轉設(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)機遇,積極推(tui)進轉設(she)(she)升(sheng)本(ben)工作,籌建(jian)(jian)(jian)山東職業(ye)(ye)技術大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。目(mu)(mu)前(qian)職教(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)地建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)已成(cheng)為(wei)職教(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)勢,我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)必須(xu)因(yin)勢利(li)(li)導、順勢而(er)(er)為(wei),在時(shi)代(dai)前(qian)進潮(chao)流中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)把(ba)握(wo)主動,贏得(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。三(san)(san)是(shi)(shi)代(dai)表(biao)最(zui)廣大(da)(da)人(ren)民根(gen)本(ben)利(li)(li)益(yi)。總書記說(shuo):“我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)黨(dang)之所以(yi)得(de)(de)(de)到(dao)人(ren)民擁(yong)護和(he)(he)支持,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)因(yin)為(wei)能始終(zhong)代(dai)表(biao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)最(zui)廣大(da)(da)人(ren)民根(gen)本(ben)利(li)(li)益(yi)”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而(er)(er)言(yan),我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)堅持“以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)為(wei)主體、以(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)改(gai)善辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條(tiao)件,提(ti)升(sheng)師(shi)生(sheng)幸(xing)福指(zhi)數。引(yin)導教(jiao)(jiao)職工把(ba)個人(ren)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)相結合,小我(wo)(wo)融(rong)入(ru)大(da)(da)我(wo)(wo),在融(rong)入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)局(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)更好發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。四是(shi)(shi)加強黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)身(shen)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)。黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)革(ge)命取得(de)(de)(de)勝利(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)三(san)(san)大(da)(da)法寶之一(yi)(yi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)想(xiang)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),必須(xu)做強內(nei)功,練(lian)好“鐵(tie)布(bu)衫(shan)”,進一(yi)(yi)步加強教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)、管理(li)隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能力(li)、科研(yan)能力(li),不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)升(sheng)服(fu)務管理(li)水(shui)平。五是(shi)(shi)堅定中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色(se)社(she)會主義自(zi)信(xin)(xin)。“自(zi)信(xin)(xin)人(ren)生(sheng)二百年,會當水(shui)擊三(san)(san)千里(li)”。對我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)而(er)(er)言(yan),目(mu)(mu)前(qian)正(zheng)處于(yu)爬坡過坎的(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)時(shi)期(qi),只有(you)(you)全校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)生(sheng)擰成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)股繩、凝(ning)聚一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)心,堅定打造“打造中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)最(zui)好的(de)(de)(de)職業(ye)(ye)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育”“創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)職業(ye)(ye)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)‘山職’樣本(ben)”的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)心,勇往直前(qian)、奮勇拼(pin)搏,才能不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)開創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)局(ju)。
高磊(lei)指出(chu),思政課要(yao)加強理(li)(li)想(xiang)信念教(jiao)育,在學(xue)生(sheng)中加強四(si)史(shi)(shi)特別是(shi)黨史(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育,堅(jian)持用社會主義(yi)核心價值觀引領知(zhi)識(shi)傳授,引導學(xue)生(sheng)牢固樹立“四(si)個(ge)意識(shi)”,堅(jian)定“四(si)個(ge)自信”,立志肩負起民族復(fu)興的時代(dai)重任。思政課教(jiao)師要(yao)不(bu)(bu)斷拓寬歷(li)史(shi)(shi)視野(ye),加強“四(si)史(shi)(shi)”的理(li)(li)論研究,充分挖掘歷(li)史(shi)(shi)資(zi)源(yuan),不(bu)(bu)斷提升教(jiao)學(xue)的歷(li)史(shi)(shi)深度(du),通過生(sheng)動、深入、具體的縱(zong)橫比較,把一些(xie)道理(li)(li)講明白(bai)、講清楚。
高(gao)磊強(qiang)調,《中國共產(chan)黨統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)工作(zuo)條例(li)》的修訂和(he)實施,是新(xin)時(shi)代加(jia)強(qiang)統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)制度(du)體系(xi)建設的重要(yao)舉措,為“十四(si)五”期間乃至未來更長時(shi)期黨的統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)事(shi)業注入了強(qiang)大動力(li),具(ju)有(you)深刻意義。我(wo)們必須(xu)要(yao)以(yi)高(gao)度(du)的政治責任感(gan)和(he)歷史使命(ming)感(gan),加(jia)強(qiang)統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)工作(zuo)的謀劃部署。各(ge)級黨組(zu)織要(yao)認真組(zu)織學習《條例(li)》,把握和(he)落實統(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工作(zuo)新(xin)要(yao)求。不(bu)斷(duan)創新(xin)統(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工作(zuo)方式(shi)方法,把廣大統(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成員緊緊團結在(zai)黨的周圍,引導他們立(li)足本職建功立(li)業。為譜寫(xie)學校高(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展新(xin)篇章貢獻(xian)統(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)力(li)量。
