鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為深入(ru)學習貫徹落實(shi)黨的十(shi)九(jiu)大(da)精(jing)神,根據學院黨委要求,鐵(tie)道供電(dian)(dian)與電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)工程系持(chi)續推動“大(da)學習、大(da)調研、大(da)改(gai)進(jin)”,4月到(dao)6月期間,組織教(jiao)師分(fen)別赴青島鴻普電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)科技有限公司(si)、青島地(di)鐵(tie)有限公司(si)、青島鼎佳電(dian)(dian)子有限公司(si)、積成電(dian)(dian)子有限公司(si)進(jin)行調研,深入(ru)了解企業(ye)人才培(pei)養(yang)需求及學生就業(ye)與頂(ding)崗實(shi)習情況。

在青(qing)島(dao)(dao)鴻普電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),系(xi)副主任張(zhang)偉、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)教研室主任劉勇與該公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)簽訂校企(qi)合作協(xie)議(yi)和(he)(he)校外實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)基(ji)地(di)協(xie)議(yi),并與往屆(jie)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)進行深入交流(liu),了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)專業(ye)(ye)課程設(she)置、人才(cai)培養方案及(ji)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理工(gong)作等(deng)(deng)方面建(jian)(jian)議(yi)。在青(qing)島(dao)(dao)地(di)鐵有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),鐵道供電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)教師崔(cui)景萍通過(guo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、培訓(xun)科(ke)人員座談,走(zou)訪車輛段等(deng)(deng)方式(shi),了解畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)和(he)(he)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)適(shi)應工(gong)作過(guo)程情(qing)況(kuang),掌(zhang)握(wo)本專業(ye)(ye)課程設(she)置、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)訓(xun)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)等(deng)(deng)方面優點及(ji)不足(zu)。在青(qing)島(dao)(dao)鼎(ding)佳電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)教師鮑建(jian)(jian)、劉凌通過(guo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)地(di)參(can)觀、調研,了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的工(gong)作情(qing)況(kuang)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)人才(cai)的要求以及(ji)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)對高職教育(yu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)教育(yu)教學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作的意見和(he)(he)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)。在積成電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),系(xi)就業(ye)(ye)辦主任曾慶(qing)磊、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)信息(xi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)教師江軍對學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)頂崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在企(qi)業(ye)(ye)完成畢業(ye)(ye)設(she)計情(qing)況(kuang)進行調研,全面掌(zhang)握(wo)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)人才(cai)培養情(qing)況(kuang)和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)作及(ji)頂崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)。

帶著問(wen)題學(xue)(xue)習(xi),針(zhen)對(dui)問(wen)題調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan),聚(ju)集問(wen)題整改,是(shi)“大(da)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)、大(da)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)、大(da)改進(jin)”的(de)核心(xin)要義(yi)。鐵道(dao)供電與電氣工(gong)程系在組織教(jiao)師赴企(qi)業(ye)(ye)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)過程中,始(shi)終堅持問(wen)題導向原(yuan)則,堅持求真務實(shi),深(shen)入基(ji)層面(mian)(mian)對(dui)面(mian)(mian)聽取企(qi)業(ye)(ye)員工(gong)、畢業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)生意見建(jian)議,深(shen)入了解企(qi)業(ye)(ye)及學(xue)(xue)生的(de)教(jiao)育需求,堅決(jue)杜絕漫無目的(de)、走馬觀花、浮光(guang)掠影式(shi)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan),防(fang)止搞形(xing)式(shi)、走過場。對(dui)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)中發現的(de)問(wen)題,該系召開教(jiao)職工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)會議,直面(mian)(mian)問(wen)題,全(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian)探討,明確改進(jin)路徑和解決(jue)方(fang)法。下一步,該系將(jiang)進(jin)一步加強(qiang)領導,健全(quan)(quan)機制,強(qiang)化督導,深(shen)入推進(jin)“大(da)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)、大(da)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)、大(da)改進(jin)”,確保把各項工(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實(shi)落(luo)細,完(wan)善修訂人才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養方(fang)案,全(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian)提升教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量,為(wei)培(pei)養優質人才(cai)(cai)、助力(li)新舊動(dong)能(neng)轉換重大(da)工(gong)程、書(shu)寫(xie)“奮(fen)進(jin)之筆”貢(gong)獻積極力(li)量。
