為加快工作落實,推進優質校建設,5月9日,我院召開優質校項目建設推進專題會議。院長秦河主持會議并講話,學院領導,優質校各項目組負責人,財務處、資產管理處、總務處、學生處、監察審計處、繼續教育與社會服務處、圖書館負責人,各系(部)主任參加會議。

副(fu)院(yuan)長郭鵬(peng)匯報了(le)(le)優質校項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)整體(ti)推進(jin)(jin)情況(kuang),各項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)組(zu)負責人(ren)匯報了(le)(le)9個(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)推進(jin)(jin)情況(kuang),資(zi)產(chan)管理處、財務處匯報了(le)(le)資(zi)產(chan)采購、資(zi)金支出進(jin)(jin)展情況(kuang)。會議(yi)指(zhi)出,自優質校立項(xiang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)特(te)別是今年以(yi)來,學院(yuan)把優質校建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)主(zhu)線,加強頂層設(she)(she)(she)(she)計、統(tong)籌(chou)整體(ti)推進(jin)(jin),強化工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落(luo)實,各個(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)按照進(jin)(jin)度全(quan)面展開(kai),部分建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)任(ren)務提前完成(cheng)(cheng)預期目(mu)(mu)標,整個(ge)(ge)(ge)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)取(qu)得了(le)(le)重要階(jie)段性成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)。當前,優質校建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)時間緊、任(ren)務重、要求高,建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)過程(cheng)中仍(reng)存在(zai)整體(ti)推進(jin)(jin)較為(wei)緩慢(man),重點指(zhi)標成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)不(bu)夠(gou)突出,個(ge)(ge)(ge)別建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)遇到瓶頸,資(zi)產(chan)招標、資(zi)金支出滯后(hou)等問題,必須引(yin)起高度重視,采取(qu)更加有(you)力的措施認真加以(yi)解決(jue)。
院長秦河對(dui)做(zuo)好(hao)下一(yi)步優(you)質校(xiao)項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進行(xing)了安(an)排部署。秦河強(qiang)調,一(yi)是要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)牢(lao)固樹(shu)(shu)立質量(liang)意識,把保(bao)(bao)(bao)證質量(liang)貫徹(che)優(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)始終(zhong),切實把建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)落腳到創(chuang)(chuang)新辦學(xue)(xue)體(ti)(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)、增(zeng)強(qiang)社會服務能力(li)(li)、提(ti)高(gao)人才培養質量(liang)、提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)院綜(zong)合實力(li)(li)上來,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)做(zuo)實做(zuo)細(xi),成(cheng)效(xiao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)務實可見,堅(jian)決(jue)杜絕搞“花架子(zi)”“空殼子(zi)”。二是要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)快(kuai)項目(mu)(mu)整體(ti)(ti)推進,強(qiang)化時(shi)間觀念和(he)效(xiao)率(lv)意識,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)進一(yi)步加(jia)強(qiang)對(dui)項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)統籌(chou)協(xie)調、調度落實,建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)任務建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立臺賬、進榜上墻。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)正確(que)(que)(que)處(chu)理項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)和(he)常(chang)規工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)關系(xi),必(bi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)時(shi)加(jia)班加(jia)點(dian)(dian)推進建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)進度。資產采(cai)購、資金支出(chu)(chu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)打(da)好(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)提(ti)前(qian)量(liang),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)按時(shi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)質完成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務。三是要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)突(tu)出(chu)(chu)重點(dian)(dian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)指標(biao)(biao),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓住(zhu)優(you)質校(xiao)評估體(ti)(ti)系(xi)中(zhong)權重大的(de)(de)(de)部分,在國家級、省級標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)性(xing)成(cheng)果方面實現突(tu)破(po)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把核(he)心期刊論文(wen)數量(liang)等具有橫向可比性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)量(liang)化指標(biao)(biao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)重點(dian)(dian),健(jian)全激勵機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),強(qiang)化重點(dian)(dian)補短(duan),推動建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)期內多出(chu)(chu)成(cheng)果、快(kuai)出(chu)(chu)成(cheng)果,提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)院競(jing)爭力(li)(li)。四是要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)難(nan)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落實,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)進一(yi)步創(chuang)(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)思路,對(dui)于難(nan)度比較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)項目(mu)(mu),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)樹(shu)(shu)立目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)意識,全力(li)(li)以赴攻(gong)堅(jian)克難(nan),必(bi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)時(shi)尋找替代方案(an),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)完成(cheng)。對(dui)于確(que)(que)(que)實需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)(chu)調整的(de)(de)(de)項目(mu)(mu),必(bi)須(xu)充分進行(xing)論證,提(ti)交黨委會研究決(jue)定(ding)。
秦河要求,各單位、各部(bu)門要牢固(gu)樹(shu)立一盤棋(qi)思想(xiang),服從、服務(wu)(wu)于優(you)質校建(jian)設(she)的(de)大(da)局,單位(部(bu)門)負責人(ren)要將優(you)質校建(jian)設(she)的(de)緊迫意識傳導給廣(guang)大(da)教職(zhi)工(gong),消(xiao)除(chu)畏難和抵(di)觸情緒,把思想(xiang)統(tong)一到完(wan)(wan)成優(you)質校建(jian)設(she)目標、促進(jin)(jin)學校發展(zhan)上(shang)來;創優(you)辦(ban)要進(jin)(jin)一步加(jia)強工(gong)作(zuo)統(tong)籌,整體把控任務(wu)(wu)完(wan)(wan)成進(jin)(jin)度(du)和質量;各項(xiang)目組要加(jia)強與(yu)創優(you)辦(ban)的(de)溝(gou)通(tong)協調,推動各項(xiang)具體工(gong)作(zuo)往前推進(jin)(jin);廣(guang)大(da)教職(zhi)要繼續保(bao)持緊張、有序的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)作(zuo)風,進(jin)(jin)一步樹(shu)立大(da)局意識,立足本職(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)、弘揚奉獻精神(shen)、狠抓工(gong)作(zuo)落實,為優(you)質校建(jian)設(she)添磚加(jia)瓦。
