為了增(zeng)強師生心(xin)(xin)理(li)健康意識(shi),普及宣傳心(xin)(xin)理(li)健康知(zhi)識(shi),我(wo)院在第十五(wu)屆心(xin)(xin)理(li)健康節(jie)期間舉辦了優(you)秀心(xin)(xin)理(li)健康教育主題班會評選活動,17個班會活動獲評一二三等獎。
此次評選活動(dong)自(zi)(zi)開(kai)展以來,各系高度重視,積極準備,精心(xin)策劃。師(shi)生共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)構思班(ban)會(hui)主(zhu)題(ti),確定班(ban)會(hui)內容,認真設計每一個(ge)環節(jie),形成班(ban)會(hui)方(fang)案。班(ban)主(zhu)任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)親(qin)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)持班(ban)會(hui),與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學們(men)親(qin)密互動(dong),引導(dao)學生關(guan)注心(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康,極大提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)(le)心(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)主(zhu)題(ti)班(ban)會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)效果。如(ru)劉(liu)勇老(lao)師(shi)召(zhao)開(kai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“情(qing)緒的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)節(jie)與(yu)管理(li)(li)”班(ban)會(hui),擺脫了(le)(le)傳統說教(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)模式(shi),采用了(le)(le)心(xin)理(li)(li)劇表演、觀看心(xin)理(li)(li)短片與(yu)師(shi)生交流(liu)相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi),深深地吸引住了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學們(men)。欒金(jin)志(zhi)老(lao)師(shi)召(zhao)開(kai)“陽(yang)光心(xin)態伴我成長”班(ban)會(hui),通過自(zi)(zi)由討論(lun)、互動(dong)游戲、歌唱等形式(shi)提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)參(can)與(yu)熱情(qing),達到(dao)(dao)預期效果。殷巖峰老(lao)師(shi)組織的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“讓(rang)陽(yang)光照(zhao)進心(xin)扉”班(ban)會(hui)走(zou)出教(jiao)室,來到(dao)(dao)學院小西湖邊(bian),以輕(qing)松(song)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學暢談,引發(fa)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學共(gong)鳴,提(ti)升(sheng)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學們(men)對心(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)認知。同(tong)(tong)(tong)學們(men)紛紛表示,這(zhe)種班(ban)會(hui)形式(shi)是以往較少(shao)接觸的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),傳達的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知識與(yu)理(li)(li)念易(yi)于接受,提(ti)高了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學們(men)對心(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)注度,增強了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)理(li)(li)素質,掀起了(le)(le)關(guan)注心(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱潮。
